Custom Valance / Curtain Window Treatments

Description

If you are looking for something special for your windows and can’t find the perfect window treatment you can order a custom valance / curtain with the fabric of your choice. You will need to order multiple quantities if you want more than one valance. If you want the same fabric for each, be sure to order all together to ensure we have enough fabric in stock.

Fabric is 100% cotton from well-known fabric designers. If we do not have what you are looking for in stock, you can complete our custom order form.

Size Information:

Valance can be made almost any size to fit your window. The average size is approximately 14-18″ long depending on window. If you would like a more gathered look, be sure to request a wider valance up to 1 1/2 – 2 times the width of your window. Be sure to include specific instructions in the note section at checkout regarding the desired width of your valance/curtain. If your window is 30″ please make note of FINAL requested dimensions. If your note says 30″ that is how wide the valance/curtain will be made. Request 45″ for 1.5 times the width of the window or 60″ for 2 times the width. Your requested dimensions will be made to order. Refunds/exchanges are not available for custom orders.

Top rod pocket: 3 inches
Bottom hem: 1 inch
Side hems: 1/2 inch

Washing Instructions:

Wash with cold water and a mild detergent. {use a Color Catcher the first time}
Air Dry, if possible. {ironing will be required if dried in the dryer}
Do not dry clean

  • I use recycled mailing envelopes and boxes whenever possible to limit the amount passed along to customers for handling/packaging, and to be more earth conscious. I appreciate your support of this method of shipping.
  • Postage rates are calculated using the weight of each item and a direct connection with the USPS rates. There is an additional 1.25% added to the USPS postage amount to cover processing and handling as well as packaging and shipping supplies.
  • If the postage does not look like it is calculating properly – please send a message so I can ensure you are not overcharged.
  • Items that are ready and available for shipping will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of received order unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Priority shipping within the U.S. is typically 2-3 business days.
  • If you choose first class shipping, please be aware that it is not guaranteed, and insurance is not available for lost or stolen packages.
  • In accordance with the Terms of Service for PayPal and Square, orders must be shipped to the address on the order. Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.
  • You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is ready for shipment. NOTE: Orders processed after 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the next business day. *Saturday is not considered a business day.

Special Notes about Shipping

  • TOWEL PURCHASES: Towels do NOT fit in a Priority Padded Flat Rate envelope or Small Flat Rate Box.
  • The Media Mail option is only available for paper products and books.
  • Local delivery must be arranged in advance for customers in the Austell, GA (metro Atlanta) area. Delivery will be made at an agreed upon location within 15 miles of Austell, GA, and in a public location.
  • Local delivery must be setup and completed within 15 business days or items will be donated to charity. It is the buyers responsibility to make arrangements to pick up his/her item(s) in a timely manner.
  • UNDERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you select an option that does not cover shipping you may receive notice that additional funds are needed before your package can ship.
  • OVERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you overpay for shipping by more than $1.00 a partial refund will be made to you.
  • Items will not be shipped until payment is received (and cleared) in full.
