Description

Custom personalized bath towels are a great gift for any occasion. They are great for the boater, swimmer, beach goer, teen heading off to college and more. Whether bath towels, beach towels, or hand towels, they are one of the essential housewarming gifts that will be appreciated with each use. No matter the color you choose, each towel will be skillfully embroidered with names, single initials, or monograms in the thread color of your choice.

Customization is included up to 12 characters. When checking out be sure to include a note indicating which color towel you would like, and the customization / personalization you want.

Monogram will be embroidered exactly as you type it, please don’t forget to double check that it is correct. If you would like a custom towel that features an image or special design, be sure to complete our custom order request form. Keep in mind that depending on the font and design longer names and phrases may result in smaller text in order for it to display nicely on the towel.

When finalizing your purchase, please include requested Towel Color, Thread Color and Name to embroider (you will be emailed 3 font choses upon receipt of your order – please respond within 24 hours to avoid any delay in processing your order). The note section is on the checkout page below the shipping/address information.

  • FREE shipping within the U.S. (only) for all orders $50.00 and above (towels and bulky items $75.00 and above). International shipping available (at a fee) upon request.
  • Enter your zip code and click ‘Calculate Shipping’ to calculate the best rate for your order. *See special notes about shipping below for more information that may be helpful to your specific order.
  • I use recycled mailing envelopes and boxes whenever possible to limit the amount passed along to customers for handling/packaging, and to be more earth conscious. I appreciate your support of this method of shipping.
  • Postage rates are calculated using the weight of each item and a direct connection with the USPS rates. There is an additional 1.25% added to the USPS postage amount to cover processing and handling as well as packaging and shipping supplies.
  • If the postage does not look like it is calculating properly – please send a message so I can ensure you are not overcharged.
  • Items that are ready and available for shipping will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of received order unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Priority shipping within the U.S. is typically 2-3 business days.
  • If you choose first class shipping, please be aware that it is not guaranteed, and insurance is not available for lost or stolen packages.
  • In accordance with the Terms of Service for PayPal and Square, orders must be shipped to the address on the order. Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.
  • You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is ready for shipment. NOTE: Orders processed after 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the next business day. *Saturday is not considered a business day.

Special Notes about Shipping

  • TOWEL PURCHASES: Towels do NOT fit in a Priority Padded Flat Rate envelope or Small Flat Rate Box.
  • The Media Mail option is only available for paper products and books.
  • UNDERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you select an option that does not cover shipping you may receive notice that additional funds are needed before your package can ship.
  • OVERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you overpay for shipping by more than $1.00 a partial refund will be made to you.
  • Items will not be shipped until payment is received (and cleared) in full.
