I make every effort to get orders done as quickly as possible. Normal turnaround time is 3-5 business days with standard name/monogram and date.

During the holiday season from Thanksgiving to Christmas turnaround time can be up to 10 days. If you need an item sooner, please complete the custom request form with specifics. Rush fees may apply. Shipping deadlines for arrival by Christmas within the continental U.S. are typically 10 business days prior to December 25th (may vary depending on the day of the week when the holiday falls).

• FREE shipping within the U.S. (only) for all orders $55.00 and above (towels and bulky items $80.00 and above). International shipping available (at a fee) upon request.

• I use recycled mailing envelopes and boxes whenever possible to limit the amount passed along to customers for handling/packaging, and to be more earth conscious. I appreciate your support of this method of shipping.
• Postage rates are calculated using the weight of each item and a direct connection with the USPS rates. There is an additional 1.25% added to the USPS postage amount to cover processing and handling as well as packaging and shipping supplies.
• If the postage does not look like it is calculating properly – please send a message so I can ensure you are not overcharged.
• Items that are ready and available for shipping will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of received order unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Priority shipping within the U.S. is typically 2-3 business days.
• If you choose first class shipping, please be aware that it is not guaranteed, and insurance is not available for lost or stolen packages.
• In accordance with the Terms of Service for PayPal and Square, orders must be shipped to the address on the order. Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.
• You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is ready for shipment. NOTE: Orders processed after 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the next business day. *Saturday is not considered a business day.

Special Notes about Shipping

• TOWEL PURCHASES: Towels do NOT fit in a Priority Padded Flat Rate envelope or Small Flat Rate Box.
• The Media Mail option is only available for paper products and books.
• UNDERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you select an option that does not cover shipping you may receive notice that additional funds are needed before your package can ship.
• OVERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you overpay for shipping by more than $1.00 a partial refund will be made to you.
• Items will not be shipped until payment is received (and cleared) in full.
